We welcome you to our beautiful Edwardian farmhouse Bed & Breakfast.
Goose Green Farm is a 100-acre farm bordering ‘the Edge’ National Trust Park in lovely, rural Cheshire. Specialising in Bazadaise and British Blue cattle.
Don & Dyllis have farmed here as first-generation farmers for over 50 years. They first came to Goose Green Farm and started with a small Aryshire dairy herd. Over the years they embraced diversification and now breed Pedigree Bazadaise Cattle along with the recent introduction of British Blue Cattle for crossbreeding.
We also have four Coarse Fishing lakes stocked over 20 years with Mirror, Crucian & Common Carp, Tench, Rudd, Roach, Barbel, Ide and Bream. Day tickets are available for the fisherman/woman in your family. The farm also offers DIY Horse livery and family tree surgeons.
The farm is set in a quiet location just off the A538 between Wilmslow and Prestbury, near the M56, M60 and Manchester Airport. 10 miles from Junction 18 M6.
We are conveniently situated only 7 miles from Manchester Airport, so we are ideal for stays before and after flights. Or maybe you just want to get away from the hustle and bustle of modern life?
Our Bed & Breakfast offers the best of quiet farm accommodation with plenty of local attractions and things to do. Cheshire has a wealth of historic houses and we are just a stone’s throw from one of the county’s most famous, enchanted spots, the red sandstone ridge of Alderley Edge.
